BetPro10 Terms and Conditions —
Read Before You Play

1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and BetPro10 ("betpro10," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of betpro10.app. By accessing, registering for, or using the betpro10 platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, playing a game, or claiming a promotion — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the betpro10 platform and close your account. Continued use of betpro10 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. Betpro10 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with notice provided to registered players via email or on-platform notification.

BetPro10 operates as an online gaming platform accessible to players at betpro10.app. All transactions on betpro10 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports multiple game formats including slots, poker, roulette, crash games, jackpot games and live dealer tables. These Terms apply equally to all of these game formats and to all promotions, bonuses and other features of the betpro10 platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and hold an account on betpro10, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BetPro10 strictly prohibits minors from registering or playing on the platform. If betpro10 determines at any point that a player is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended, all remaining funds will be returned minus any winnings generated, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
• You must be a real individual acting on your own behalf. Accounts registered by or on behalf of companies, syndicates, or other entities are not permitted on betpro10.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent or affiliate of betpro10, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have previously had a betpro10 account that was permanently suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You warrant that all information you provide during and after registration is accurate, current and complete.

Each player is permitted to hold only one betpro10 account. If betpro10 detects that a player holds multiple accounts — whether through the same device, the same payment method, the same IP address, or any other identifying indicator — all duplicate accounts will be closed, any bonuses claimed across those accounts will be voided, and any winnings generated using bonus funds across duplicate accounts may be forfeited. Betpro10 applies strict duplicate account detection and the player bears full responsibility for ensuring they hold only one account.

3. Account Rules

Your betpro10 account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials — your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person for any reason, and you must not permit any other person to use your betpro10 account to place bets or access the platform.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs on your betpro10 account, whether or not you personally authorised that activity. If you become aware or suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify betpro10 immediately via live chat or email so that your account can be temporarily secured while the matter is investigated.

BetPro10 will communicate with account holders using the contact details provided at registration. It is your responsibility to keep your registered mobile number and email address current and to ensure that betpro10 communications are not filtered as spam. Betpro10 is not liable for missed communications resulting from outdated or inaccurate contact information.

• Account currency is PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and cannot be changed after registration.
• Players are responsible for any applicable taxes on their winnings under Pakistani tax law. BetPro10 does not withhold or remit taxes on behalf of players.
• Dormant accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month, applied against the remaining balance. Betpro10 will notify you by email before applying any such fee.
• Account balances do not accrue interest.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on betpro10 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Betpro10 supports the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

Betpro10 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own fees — betpro10 has no control over or liability for third-party transaction charges.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the betpro10 account. Betpro10 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Where KYC verification has not been completed, withdrawals may be held pending the submission and approval of required documents.

Deposits made to betpro10 are held in segregated accounts separate from betpro10's operational funds. In the event of betpro10 ceasing operations, player funds held in segregated accounts will be returned to players as a priority obligation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

BetPro10 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. All promotions are subject to their individual terms, which are published on the betpro10 Promotions page. The following general rules apply to all betpro10 bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• One bonus per player per promotion: Each betpro10 player is eligible to claim each listed promotion once, unless the promotion is explicitly described as recurring (such as the Monday reload bonus).
• Bonus funds and real money: When a player holds both bonus funds and real money in their betpro10 account, real money is wagered first. Bonus funds are used once the real money balance is depleted.
• Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only, not the deposit. The wagering multiplier and qualifying games are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses expire within 7 days of being credited to the player's account unless a different expiry period is stated. Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from them are automatically removed.
• Bonus abuse: BetPro10 monitors betting patterns associated with bonus play. Strategies intended to exploit bonus terms — including low-risk hedging bets, placing bets on multiple outcomes simultaneously, or coordinating with other players to abuse referral systems — will result in bonus funds being voided and may result in account suspension.
• Welcome bonus: The 150% first deposit bonus is available to new betpro10 accounts on their first qualifying deposit only. It cannot be combined with any other welcome offer and cannot be reclaimed if the account is closed and re-registered.

6. Games & Betting Rules

All games available on betpro10 are provided by licensed third-party game studios and operate using independently audited random number generators (RNGs). BetPro10 publishes RTP (Return to Player) figures for all games in the game lobby. These figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any particular outcome in any individual session.

When you place a bet on betpro10, the following rules apply:

• Bets are final once confirmed. BetPro10 does not accept requests to cancel or modify bets after they have been placed and confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error during a round, the affected round will be declared void and all bets placed in that round will be refunded to player accounts. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" — this is a standard principle across all betpro10 games.
• BetPro10 reserves the right to void any bet if there is evidence of software error, pricing error, or any technical fault that resulted in odds or payouts being displayed incorrectly.
• For live dealer games, the dealer's actions are recorded. In the event of any dispute, the recorded footage is the definitive record of what occurred during the round.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are specified for each game. These limits may change without prior notice. Betpro10 also reserves the right to impose individual bet or win limits on specific player accounts at its discretion.

The betpro10 platform is available around the clock but may occasionally be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance or emergency technical work. Betpro10 will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible. No compensation is payable for platform downtime.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on betpro10 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one betpro10 account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Using false, stolen or fraudulently obtained identity documents during registration or KYC verification.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity, money laundering, or other illegal means. BetPro10 is required by law to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other software to place bets, navigate the platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in betpro10's systems. Any winnings generated through a confirmed software exploit are void and will be removed from the player's account.
• Colluding with other players in poker or other multiplayer games to unfairly influence outcomes.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing betpro10 staff through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access betpro10's systems without authorisation, or interfering with the platform's infrastructure in any way.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on betpro10.app — including but not limited to the betpro10 name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game names, promotional materials and software — is the intellectual property of betpro10 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the betpro10 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit or publish any betpro10 content without prior written consent.
• Use the betpro10 brand, logo or name in any marketing, social media, or third-party content without explicit authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from any betpro10 software or application.
• Create derivative works based on betpro10's platform, games or branding.

Game content displayed on betpro10 is the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is licensed to betpro10 for display on the platform. Players do not acquire any intellectual property rights in game content by playing those games.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

BetPro10 collects and processes personal data from registered players for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, legal compliance and the delivery of a personalised gaming experience. The full details of how betpro10 handles your data are set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

By registering on betpro10, you consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• BetPro10 will never sell your personal data to third parties for their commercial use.
• Data shared with payment processors (Easypaisa, JazzCash, banking partners) is limited to what is necessary to complete your transactions.
• BetPro10 uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect stored personal data.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data subject to betpro10's legal obligations — for example, we are required to retain certain financial records for regulatory compliance periods.

10. Limitation of Liability

BetPro10 provides its platform and games on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betpro10 excludes all warranties, representations or conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, relating to the platform, its games, or any content accessible through betpro10.

BetPro10 shall not be liable for any losses — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive — arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from betting or gaming outcomes.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, game malfunctions or connectivity issues outside betpro10's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to adequately protect your login credentials.
• Losses arising from inaccurate information provided by you during registration or KYC verification.

In all cases where betpro10's liability is established, betpro10's maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount held in your betpro10 account at the time the relevant claim arises. Gaming outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and betpro10 accepts no liability for specific outcomes in any game.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

BetPro10 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, collusion or any other prohibited conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• A legally binding request from a law enforcement or regulatory authority.
• Account inactivity (12 months with no login).
• Self-exclusion request by the account holder under the betpro10 Responsible Gaming programme.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, betpro10 will notify the player by email. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned. If the investigation establishes a breach of Terms, betpro10 reserves the right to forfeit funds held in the account to the extent that those funds are connected to the breach.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their betpro10 account may do so by contacting support via live chat. Before closing, any remaining real money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Bonus balances and any winnings generated exclusively from bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

12. Responsible Gaming

BetPro10 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that a small number of players may develop unhealthy relationships with gaming and we take our obligations in this area seriously. The following responsible gaming features are available to all betpro10 players at no cost and take effect immediately upon request:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum net loss per day, week or month.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from betpro10. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months and betpro10 will take all reasonable steps to enforce it.

13. Changes to These Terms

BetPro10 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, betpro10 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required urgently for legal or regulatory compliance reasons, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of betpro10 after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any change, you should stop using betpro10 and request account closure before the changes take effect. Betpro10 will return any real money balance to you upon closure.

BetPro10 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to betpro10's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through betpro10's internal complaints process may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body.
